What The Bible Says About Anger
Everyone has to deal with emotions basically every day. Some emotions are pleasant, while others can feel awful and, in fact, can change the course of our lives. They can get us in trouble with the law and even seriously hurt a person.
The Bible has many verses on the subject of anger and how to control our actions. James reminds us about self-control. We read this in James 1:19-20: "My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires."

New Connections Fellowship and Bible Studies
Once a person accepts Christ in his heart, the transformation starts - "he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus". It is a wonderful journey -to come to know Christ. Why is so important to read the bible?
- It helps us to understand God's character and plan for us.
- It gives us instructions to follow Jesus Christ in truth. Understand and know what obedience means.
- God speaks through the bible. We read that Joshua was asked to read and meditate on the book of the law twice daily.
Becoming a disciple of Jesus
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Romans 12:2.
